Returns are not accepted.
If a return must occur, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee¹.
Exchanges on customized items² are not allowed. To exchange a standard model, you must meet the following criteria:
- Customized pickups2 are not accepted
- Must be within 30 days of receiving the pickup, and exchange must be for tonal reasons
- Pickup must be in New and Unaltered condition
- Buyer is responsible for shipping original pickup to us in a safe manner, and Buyer pays for shipping both ways, including the difference in cost of pickup, if applicable
We are not responsible for stolen packages. Keep an eye out for the tracking information upon shipment. If a package is stolen, contact the proper authorities.
Fralin Pickups is not responsible for Duties, Customs and Taxes upon delivery.
1.) We get charged fees when a refund occurs. This fee will be passed down to the customer.
2.) “Customized Items” refers to a custom request by the customer, making the product unique. “Customized Items” include all Prewired Pickguards and all Telecaster Control Plates. An example of a custom pickup might include a custom magnet stagger or custom winds. It includes any customized appearance or function. We reserve the right to define the term “custom” or “customized item” in our jargon.
