This Telecaster Wiring Diagram feature a Fralin Push Pull Blender Pot to phase reverse a Tele pickup to get out of phase tones, and blend them together with the Blender Pot! This allows you to blend the “out of phase” tone subtly, instead of it being 100% out of phase.

This Telecaster Wiring Diagram features a Fralin Push Pull Blender Pot doing two things –

Blending the pickups
Phase Reverse Switch

In order for the modification to work properly, you must do two things to the Bridge Pickup:

Sever the ground jumper connecting the black wire and the Baseplate
Run a new wire from the Baseplate to Ground (casing of volume pot)

In the down position, you can use the Blender Pot like normal. In the up position, the Bridge pickup’s phase is reversed and the blender pot allows you to dial in the amount of “out of phase” sound.
